The event though is about much more than the first few across the line and is staged jointly with Guernsey MIND. Speaking before the event John Curran said MIND’s wish was to “highlight the positive link between exercise and mental health and to promote a more open attitude towards mental health issues, so that we can discuss mental health in much the same way a physical health”. Both MIND and GIAAC are thankful for the support of BWCI in the staging of the event.
