The second of 2016’s Easter Runs retained its classic format- a single lap, 4.75 Mile cross-country race around L’Ancresse.

The mile is a magic distance for all runners of any ability. On Thursday 21 st April we will be holding a series of mile races along the coast road at Vazon. Our races are:
Race 1 - 5:30pm Colts/juniors
Race 2– 6:00pm All Athletes running over 6 minutes
Race 3 –6:30pm …

Please note there is no training on Tuesday 2nd February due to a Guernsey U21 match.
The track is available until 5pm. Where applicable please contact coaches to seek alternative arrangements. Otherwise, normal training will resume on Thursday.
Competing at Lee Valley in the South of England Championships Cameron Chalmers won gold over 400mtrs and in doing so set an outright personal best time, a Guernsey u20 record and a SEAA Championship record of 47.98sec.

Due to the resurfacing works on the road to the course the FNB Cross Country Series fixture to be held on Sat 5th December will now take place at Delancey Park. Start time for the race will remain at 2:00pm. Also note the Colts (under 11) races will precede the senior race starting at 1:00pm…
Due to a clash with the Santa Run which has been announced for Sunday 13th December, the Chertsey House 5miles road race will now take place on Sunday 20th December.
