The loop itself head towards the Folk Museum, Out the West Gate then almost immediately left onto the gravel track that leads round the Rose Garden, across the face of the entrance, past the Playground towards the North(iron gate). When you reach gate you follow the perimeter tarmac track past the duck pond and towards the start/finish area.

If you feel you are about to be lapped – and this is no problem, this is a race for all – please keep single file, maintain your running line and do not swerve. Faster moving athletes find it easier to navigate under these circumstances.
